    Alfred Elton Van Vogt (1912-2000) was a Canadian-born science fiction author regarded by some as one of the most popular and complex science fiction writers of the mid-twentieth century: the "Golden Age" of the genre. The A.E. van Vogt collection contains manuscripts and typescripts of Harold Drake's research on A. E. van Vogt, copies of articles and books pertaining to A. E. van Vogt, photographs, correspondence, and cassette tapes of recorded interviews.
